TYPIK Bologna Tomato Sauce is made from fresh tomatoes harvested by our producers located in the El Haouaria region of Tunisia. Picked at full maturity, they deliver a fruity flavor with fresh and intense notes while retaining their high nutritional value. They are an important source of vitamins A, B3, B6, E and K, but also minerals and trace elements (copper, manganese, potassium).

GOURMET TIPS:

• TYPIK Bolognese Tomato Sauce can be used simply to accompany your spaghetti or any other kind of pasta to your taste: lasagna, cannellonis…. Fry the sauce over low heat in a simple skillet before serving as a side dish.

• Our gourmet offers you his visited recipe of lasagna: the goat-bologna lasagna & buckwheat patties. For 4 people, take 5 buckwheat patties and cut them into the size of your lasagna dish. Place a first patty at the bottom of the dish and distribute successively a layer of mascarpone, a layer of TYPIK Bolognese Tomato Sauce, a layer of spinach shoots. Cover with grated goat cheese. Repeat as many times as necessary and up to 1 cm from the top edge of the dish. Finish with a layer of mascarpone and a layer of grated goat cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 25 minutes. Serve with a small salad of maches and sesame seeds, drizzled with olive oil.
