Tomato varieties used in the TYPIK Tomato Soup are exclusively from the terroir of Tunisia. Hatem, our partner, cultivate them around the Zaghouan region, the historical location of this summer fruit. Its flamboyant red pulpit naturally colours this exceptional velvety. The potatoes and carrots come from the partner farms of Mediterranean Gourmet around Kalaat el Andalous, at the seaside, and are grown without any pesticide or insecticide.

GOURMET TIPS:

• Enjoy the TYPIK Tomato Soup for a sparkling starter. In Gaspacho mode, our gourmet also offers to serve it cold in pretty flared glasses. You can add a few diced orange or red peppers and a few diced cucumbers. A small basil leaf placed delicately will remind your guests of the authenticity of this Mediterranean recipe.
• Our gourmet invites you to refresh the velvety with fresh goat cheese. For 4 people, crush 200 gr of fresh goat cheese and form small balls in the palm of your hand. Keep these biles cool. Then finely chop 150 gr of black olives and chop a few sprigs of chives. When ready to serve, roll a few goat cheese balls in the chopped olives and a few balls in the chives. Pour the soup into 4 pretty bowls and spread the goat cheese balls. Complete this elegant starter with small toasts of TYPIK Black Olive Paste.
