TYPIK Chocolate Chip Cookies
The cookie is, like Peanut Butter, an emblem of American cuisine. Like many culinary delicacies, this little cake was invented by Ruth Graves Wakefield, a cook of Massachusetts who has the beautiful idea, one fine day, for lack of chocolate powder, to mix chocolate pieces into her preparation. The latter, by difference of temperature, did not mingle with the dough. Ksar Production has revisited this original recipe by offering, with TYPIK Chocolate Chip Cookies, a crispy biscuit with melting and powerful chocolate. A generous cookie full of finesse.
