• Our gourmet offers his recipe for Breton raspberry cake. For 4 people, mix in a large salad 125 gr (4,40 OZ) of sugar with 75 gr (2,64 OZ) of sugar. Add 75 gr (4,40 OZ) of salted butter, 2 egg yolks and ½ tablespoon of amber rum. Knead quickly to obtain a shortbread dough and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Butter a mould and spread half of the dough on the bottom. Cover this first part with a generous layer of TYPIK Raspberry Jam. Cover with the second half of the dough and solder the edges (with a little water or milk). In a bowl, beat an egg yolk and brush the surface with a brush. Use a fork to draw a few crossbones for decoration. • For a dessert full of emotion, our gourmet delivers you his recipe of fondant surprise in the heart of raspberry. Cover with the remaining dough and put back in the oven for 10 minutes. Serve hot.
