• The TYPIK Strawberry Jam doughnuts prepared by our gourmet are delicious. To make them like him, crumble 25 gr (0,88 OZ) of baker’s yeast. Add 100 g (3,52 OZ) of flour and 4 tablespoons of warm milk. Mix and rest at room temperature for 2 hours. Then pour 400 g (14,10 OZ) of flour in a large bowl with the sugar, salt and mix well. Dig a well in the middle to pour the eggs in. Stir and add the sourdough obtained previously and the milk while mixing to obtain a homogeneous dough. Let rise again for 2 to 3 hours. Knead the dough and spread it on a floured work surface. Cut circles 6 cm in diameter with a cookie cutter and place 1 tablespoon of TYPIK Strawberry Jam in the middle. Cover with another circle to form a doughnut taking care to pinch the edges (emulsify with a little milk if necessary). Once again let stand at room temperature for 45 minutes. Finally cook your doughnuts in frying oil and drain them once golden brown. Sprinkle with icing sugar. Serve with lemon iced tea.
