TYPIK Sardine Rillettes & Olive
The sardines used in the preparation are exclusively from sustainable fishing in Mediterranean waters. Our breeder selects them only between June and September, full fishing season.
The olives come from this terroir of excellence culture that represents Tunisia. The Chetoui, the 100% Mediterranean terroir variety, full of sunshine, is harvested at full maturity and immediately preserved in coarse sea salt.
In addition to being succulent, the TYPIK Sardine Rillettes & Olive are an excellent source of omega-3, ideal for the prevention of vascular diseases. They also provide an interesting complement of vitamins B3, B12 and D, not to mention mineral salts such as calcium, phosphorus, iron, zinc selenium or copper. • Spread on small toasts lightly toasted, the TYPIK Sardine Rillettes & Olive can be enjoyed as an aperitif or as an appetizer accompanied by some fresh lamb’s lettuce leaves. This light mouthfeel for your summer evenings will be particularly appreciated by your young budding gourmets.
• For an original presentation of TYPIK Sardine Rillettes & Olive, select pretty endive leaves. Wash them one by one under cool water. Dry them delicately in paper towels before making pretty bouquets that you place artistically in narrow and tall glass. Guests will pick these leaves in turn to spread them generously with rillettes. You can also spread them in advance and present them in pretty slates.
