TYPIK Zucchini Caviar & Fresh Mint

The zucchini of this typically Mediterranean dish are selected for their freshness and taste quality. The Bou Tozzina variety widely grown in Tunisia offers a firm, sweet and fruity flesh particularly suitable for TYPIK Zucchini Caviar & Fresh Mint. The mint comes from small producers. Cultivated in the ground and harvested in the spring, the species used is by far the most peppery allowing the perfect balance of its flavors.
